Tingle Tuner
This item can be found on Windfall Island. Here, in a small cell around the back,
is a prisoner named Tingle. Rescue him and he will give Link the Tingle Tuner.
The Tingle Tuner allows Link to contact Tingle and gain his advice and help.
The Tingle Tuner is shaped like a Game Boy Advance. By using it, Link can call
upon Tingle to help him by showing maps and the locations of special items.
For a few rupees, Tingle can also provide services such as protection from
attacks, which lasts a short period of time, and the ability to drop bombs on
unsuspecting enemies.
How to use the Tingle Tuner:
The following is REQUIRED to use the Tingler Tuner:
1) Nintendo GameCube
2) Nintendo Game Boy Advance
3) The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
4) Nintendo GameCube Game Boy Advance link cable
5) Nintendo GameCube controller
Once you are sure you have these, and a controller is placed in
controller port one (1), connect the GameCube Game Boy Advance link
cable with the Game Boy Advance. Then plug the cable into port two (2) on
the GameCube.
To use the Tingle Tuner, equip the item. Then the Tingle Tuner will be
activated.
